We dropped my wife’s car off at 7:30am for an 8:00am appointment scheduled a week in advance, and then I took her to work, and we didn’t hear anything from them all day so around 4:30 I told her call and see if her car was ready to which they responded nobody had time to look at it, I said what do you mean it’s been here all day? He said we had two technicians out and none of the others had time to look at it, so I said her car was the first appointment of the day so how does that work do you just pick and choose which cars you want to look at, or do you go by appointments? He said we had two technicians out today and nobody had time to look at her car! So apparently if the technicians don’t work the phones don’t neither they didn’t notify us of any issues, or offer to make her another appointment. We she called they told her if she didn’t get there before 5:00 her car would be locked in. Just terrible customer service as well!

The Salesman was very easy to talk to and very helpful. The Finance manager was great. I enjoyed my experience of buying my vehicle.

This dealership is excellent!! They always take very good care of me..I've been going there for years.. only there!! They always are so nice and accommodating!! Very trustworthy and so friendly!! The waiting area is so spotless you could eat off the floor.. and restroom is very clean to!! I am an elderly widow of a 100% DAV Vietnam Veteran and live way out in the country so I have to be able to depend on my car.. they take care of me like I was their "Mother",,I really appreciated being able to have so much confidence in their work!! Love this dealership!!

The maintenance dept did an excellent job putting in a new mirror. That dept has done excellent for on other occasions as well. The receptionist for maintenance and supply was extremely friendly and helpful as was the man in supply.

Sarah is rude when I tried to tell her about the text message that was sent with the wrong price she just walked off while I was talking to her. Bart was great and listen when I explained that I just wanted to explain that their stem auto generated a price that was wrong and some people would throw a fit and want that price instead of paying double like I did. My oil change was 173 and the message sent was quoted for 79.95. Sarah needs humility training. I was just trying to help. Not being a pain. And trying to save ur company money

Lack of accurate communication and over abundance of rudeness from the service department sums it up. After 4 weeks of being without my vehicle, it took getting the general manager involved to get decent communication and actually make things happen in a timely manner

This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through Marcus and although not all have been through Blue Ribbon it was a great process as always! He made sure I got what I wanted and took care of me financially with my payments!! The whole crew made this process a breeze and as least stressful as they could!!
